No matter who
you are, finding time for exercise is difficult. Therefore, I challenge you to
devote 10 minutes to your health every morning. Indeed, only 10 minutes every
day! To demonstrate that ten minutes can make a difference
Why am I so
enthusiastic about the morning? Because those who prioritize their health in
the morning are more likely to continue! Once you healthily and healthily begin the day, you are more likely to continue making good decisions
throughout the day.
How It
Operates
It's simple!
Download a calendar and use it daily to begin improving your morning routine
through exercise and healthy eating. Simply set aside 10 minutes every morning
for the following 28 days. This may necessitate setting your alarm 10 minutes
earlier or resisting the impulse to click snooze.
Essential
Success Factors
You can maintain a healthy morning routine, and it is easier than you may believe. Therefore, to get you off to a good start, here are five recommendations to help you succeed in your 28-day Wake Up Challenge!
1. Make
Preparations The Night Before
The decision
of whether or not to exercise is not made in the morning. Your pillow and
blanket will always come out on top. You must make a decision the night before
and prioritize it. Create an alarm (or two). Mark it on your calendar. Place
your workout attire in an accessible location. The toothbrush and toothpaste
should be placed on the counter. Take 10 minutes before bed to make as many
morning preparations as possible, and you will find it much more difficult to
manufacture excuses in the morning.
2.
Concentrate on the Result
Imagine how
you will feel when you get into the shower after your workout, all hot and wet,
rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day. This sense of achievement,
pride, and strength will be far more fulfilling than a few additional minutes
in bed.
3. Buddy Up
Sometimes,
accountability from a friend, coworker, or family member is necessary to ensure
that your goals are reached. Recruit a partner for this endeavor and provide
each other with encouragement along the road. Do your workouts together, or if
that is not possible, check in first thing in the morning with a letter of
encouragement to keep each other motivated! Knowing that you are all in this
together will decrease your likelihood of quitting.
4. Go On
Auto-Pilot
This may
sound like unusual advice, but the beauty of this challenge is that your daily
workout or assignment has already been selected. No need to consider what you
should accomplish in the morning; simply consult the calendar and act
accordingly. Does it instruct you to consume a glass of lemon water? Okay,
proceed to the refrigerator and devour it. A 10-minute workout is scheduled for
today. Grab your sneakers and get to work. We hope that this challenge
eliminates the question "What should I do today?" There is no need
for anxiety; simply adhere to the calendar!
5. Establish
a Rewards System
A nutritious
reward might motivate you to achieve your objectives. Choose a Friday reward if
you have completed your morning workouts at the end of the week. Perhaps you
enjoy getting a cappuccino from your favorite coffee shop or getting a
manicure. Recognize the effort you completed this week, regardless of its size;
feel proud and pat yourself a pat on the back.
