to help you achieve your water daily goal
· First thing in the morning, drink
some lemon water. Every morning, before you eat or drink anything including your
coffee. You reach for a large glass of lemon water. Take a sip of 12 to 16
ounces of room-temperature water after squeezing half a lemon into it. If you
make this a habit, you'll have 1.5 to 2 cups all ready for the day ahead.
· Try fruit and herb-infused water if
you need a little flavor in your water to get you to drink more!
