Drink plenty of water.
To replace normal water loss, most adults require
about two quarts of fluid per day or about eight 12x250ml glasses of water
per day for men and 9x250ml for women.
All of the above is without any exercise. If you
intend to add any aerobic or anaerobic exercise, then you must add at least 0.5lt
to 1lt of water
